Usually, it's only available in Hebrew, but God gave me a brainwave to translate it into English (it's a partial translation but it covers most things.)

Ideally, you should try to say it by the grave of a holy tzaddik on Erev Rosh Hashana, but even just taking the time to say it is also very beneficial.
