Let's recap what we've learnt so far:
Difficult births, traumatic experiences (including being starved for food or parental attention), angry, critical environments, chemicals in food and medicines, and environmental pollution all weaken spleen energy.
When spleen energy is weak, people can't digest, assimilate or metabolise food, knowledge, ideas or feelings.
Physically, people with chronically weak spleen can develop food intolerances, allergies and auto-immune diseases.
Emotionally, they can develop depression, learning difficulties, and difficulties relating to others which in severe instances, can become full-blown personality disorders.
Eating healthy, minimising 'environmental pollution', in all forms, and creating a caring, nurturing environment where criticism and anger are avoided (as much as possible) all helps to strengthen spleen energy, and turn these things around.
Of course, we have to pray even to try to do all these things. They don't come easy to anyone, in our modern world, and they usually all necessitate some massive lifestyle changes, that are simply too overwhelming for many people to even consider. But prayer gives a person courage, and connecting to G-d enables them to change even big things like this.
That's where the real work is to be done, and where we'll find the real payoff.
But in the meantime, anything we do to strengthen spleen meridian and sedate Triple Warmer will also help tremendously.

To strengthen spleen energetically:
Regularly tap or rub the spleen pressure points: tap just under the boobs, in front, or at the side of the boobs. Tap whichever area feels more tender - that's where the energy's got stuck.
Trace the spleen meridian daily:
With the flat of your hand, trace up from your big toe, all the way up the inside of your leg, past stomach, up to the top of your armpits, and then down your body again to the bottom of your ribcage. Do both sides at once.
Hold the spleen strengthening points:
At least once, but even 2 or 3 times a day, especially to begin with.
In the next post, I'll share the real-life case study that gave me the 'Eureka!' moment about spleen in the first place.
