First exciting development: I found Bodek Kale. That means that I don't have to worry about eating all the interesting hard-to-spot bugs that reputedly infest a lot of Kale. And I also don't have to worry about developing rickets, or whatever it is, because I'm not eating enough greeny, leafy things.
Second exciting development: Badatz, kosher-for-Pesach quinoa that's certified kitniot free! Whoohoo! Sephardim who eat rice and lentils, and humous have NO IDEA how different their Pesach is from mine. But this year, I have another choice on the menu besides matza brie or potatoes. Thank the good Lord. Moshiach must be coming.
